Fisherman's Cabin Done by kayanah Fisherman's Cabin Done by kayanah
At last, my fisherman's cabin is done! :D
I worked all day on it. I needed to vent all the stress I feel and this was the right project for that.

It defers a little from my original plan, which I wanted to be a boat cabin, but I decided to make a small one room home instead for my fisherman.
Here's the original design: [link]

I did not make the fisherman. I bought him at a souvenir shop in Percé, Gaspésie.

The bottle, glass, blue cup and kettle were bought and the basket for the logs was made by a family friend. :)

The bed, chair and dresser were modified by me. The rest I made myself. Yes, I made the stove. =P

Cool! I thought his cabin would on a boat when I saw your WIP. ;) This is so impressive though. It's always nice to give a figurine a proper home like this.

:) Thanks!
The figurine meant too much for me not to give it a proper home. It was a fun experience. :D

Yesterday I needed something to pass on my nerves and the cabin helped me do just that. =P
It works faster when you feel like that...well, in my case at least, lol
