Description
This is my first attempt at making a miniature hat. It was supposed to be for a figurine (on which I am working for my contest project ending in December), which is scale 1:12 (about 6 inches tall figurine) but it turned out way bigger than I thought it would. So, it fit a Barbie doll! (scale 1:6, which is a 11.5 inches doll). 
The thing I hate about it is that the elastic I used to hold down the fabric remained a little into the glue (don't know how to say it in English)... But I may add a ribbon around the hat, to hide the blue plastic from the elastic.
I used jute, glue and time, lol
